RSS Nordic Development changes name to Rosewood Development AB

With effect from today, RSS Nordic Development AB (publ) has changed its name to Rosewood Development AB.

All wholly-owned subsidiaries of RSS Nordic Holdings (now Rosewood Holdings) and all subsidiaries of RSS Nordic Development AB have also been renamed Rosewood Development in the prefix.

CEO Runar Söderholm comments: "As we only have one clear main owner now, Palisander Management AB, with 88.9 % of the shares, the Company's owner and board have conducted a thorough strategy review and defined new goals for the Company.

We want to mark this by launching a new company name and a new logo. We will focus on high quality even more strongly than before, thereby making a decisive contribution to improving people's living environment while reducing the housing shortage. We will do this by using the Group's own expertise to combine property development and efficient production with functional design and architecture.

Working closely with municipalities and other community stakeholders, we want to create good living environments close to important services, such as schools and day nurseries, with good communication links. We want to create vibrant districts that people can live in and enjoy. To mark all of this, we are now also changing our name and logo - so RSS Nordic is now history - and Rosewood Development is the future. All our subsidiaries and project companies now also have the prefix Rosewood Project. See more about this on our website, which is also being revamped."
